The book begins with an animation with the explanation of an overall system I used in my final year of coaching. In the middle there is an animation with explanation of ball out of the back, pressing, attack below the 50, and defense below the 30. The final two chapters are a video of me presenting the system to my team on a large white board with player magnets. You do not have to use the entire system but you may want to adapt parts of the system to your team. Every time I had a significant turnover of players I used a different system but this is the system I enjoyed the most.
